At Ulanzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition and include the RMA form inside the box to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
